All I did was buy a timberland back pack and throw some plano boxes in ..it holds five boxes and side and front pockets for line , cutters, and miscellaneous stuff..probably cheaper than buying a "tackle back pack"

Been there when I sold my boat and was waiting for the new one. Go to the local military surplus store and find a used military backpack. You should be able to haggle the price. The upside is they have several sizes and most are expandable. The material is as durable as it can get and the straps will last forever plus as many pockets as you need. I have have mine for five years and it is still in great shape although I only use it for crappie and sand bass fishing from the bank
