You can fish off of the boat dock in Casino Beach all night. But only there as far as I know.

boat dock off of 820, its primary use is for boaters to load and unload but you can still fish off of it, lot of boat pressure during the day so you have to constantly have to reel in and give access to boaters but at night it is not an issue as much, the same for casino as mentioned by Catfish Mike

You can not fish the beach. It is marked off for construction. You can fish off of the boat dock and to the west of it as it is not marked off. Been seeing other people fishing on the other side of the lake in the other park.
