My wife and I will be going to Caddo Lake the end of May for our anniversary. Yes, got a great wife who likes to fish for crappie. We don't know Caddo at all.
Any help / suggestions / etc. would be greatly appreciated. We will be staying at Uncertain, TX in a cabin. Don't have lake front, but a boat ramp minutes away.
Thanks to anyone who can help.
Blessings,
cliffshot

I was just there in early April. Water was really high and fishing was tough. If I were you, I'd contact Johnson's Ranch and book a trip with either Henry Lewis or Billy Carter. ( http://www.johnsonsranch.net) They both know the lake as well as anyone, and you'll get a great lake tour in the process.
When in doubt, set the hook

Tough going lately I hear. Still releasing water from LOP. Went to spillway and water not too far from parking lot.
