Cooper is almost a foot high this morning.....I hope they don't drain that off but they probably will along with anything else that pushes it above pool stage. It will hold about another 6 to 8 feet of water before it starts going over the spillway......If they would leave that surplus in there the DFW Metromess would gladly suck it right out of there. No point in wasting it..........

The flooded shoreline vegetation will do wonders for this years bass, shad, perch spawns.

Cooper will rebound into a good fishery again if it has water in it.....conditions are perfect for a high recruitment spawn of all species

I can't wait to get my boat out the shop in the middle of the week and hit up Fork. It'll be nice to be able to pull the boat up to the pier and for the kids to be able to fish off of it finally.

How full are the closer to dallas lakes? Won't their levels being higher mean less is pulled from fork?
