I have been patiently waiting for the crappie to get on the banks like the past few years but it just hasn't happened this year and last Saturday the lake came up 3 ft. What does that do to the fish that are trying to spawn from your experience?

Scatters them out and makes them harder to find. New water makes a lot more places for fish to spawn.
