Going to Lake Grapevine tomorrow and need some advice. I've never fished it before so any tips on where to fish would be appreciated. Also not taking the boat so a nice piece of shoreline or somewhere that I'm likely to land a few fish would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

Go to Sandbass Point...park your car at shad loop parking lot. Fish facing east. If you could get some ghost minnows and fish off the bottom. You'll catch sandies for sure. Fish early around 6am to 8am...you'll load them up. Good luck
