Interesting, I would have thought the water clarity would be dirty with the run off, maybe it hasn't made the change yet? Always thought blue was more a clear water color.

We stuck to clearer water. Went 0.0 in murky water. I lost a true monster. Got wrapped up on a stump. I dipped the rod underwater. He tried going airbound. Then we got wrapped in a stump. I caught i. On literally a 10 inch Rapala lure. My buddy was laughing at me. 3 casts I I was hooked.... he hooked the 7lber. I hook a 5lber day before. We caught about 4 3lbers of course over near 12 hr period. No breaks. We flew out of the lake before the storm yesterday. I'm sure the lake is a disaster today. It was flooding ugly. hopefully pics and video posts. Video is buddy catch and release 7 lber. The spawning bass have seen every lure thrown at em. I almost wouldn't waste your time with them and go 3-8 ft deep. Shad like baits or blue and white. Makes sense why blue and white works. Combo they prob havnt seen.
