If it I base my definition of drought based on lake levels...if it rained enough to get us out of the scientific definition of drought we would all be complaining about the all the boat ramps being flooded.

I'd like to launch my boat just once on a ramp that hasn't been "improved" because of low water without driving 2+ hrs. Hopefully it's our turn next.

Send some of it to west Texas please!! Hubbard creek is still about 30 foot low, PK at like 13 I think, white river is sitting about 32 foot low, Alan Henry is doing well at 10 foot low. Phantom is I think 15 or so foot low as well!

You lucky sons of guns!

Plus #2. Also glad we are getting the rain. This wet winter and spring has done the smaller water bodies, rivers, and creeks good. Unfortunately it's going to take a HURRICANE to really help a lot of our bigger lakes.Lake Buchanan,Travis Lake, and Medina Lake are just a few. eeks

Drought may <seem> to be over in some places, but it is a precursor of what is coming. Better fish while you can.

Grapevine hasn't went over the spillway in over 30 years...but it did it in 1981....and although I don't remember 1980...I hear it was pretty hot and dry.

It may be over in North Texas, but ain't even close in South Texas. Choke is still 27.7 low, Amistad and Falcon are still low, Medina 87' low. And state wide we are still 28% short of normal.

Snowflakes and entitled brats will be the doom of America!
