The reason some of the lakes aren't rising as quickly as others is because they are still being pulled from for water.

Demand for water is rising with our population boom in Texas even though we've just been blessed with some good rainfall the past 2 months. The levels of the lakes that are major suppliers of water won't rise as rapidly...

Seems for a change though Fork has risen like it should have since we got the initial rain. We had the first big spike upwards and then its been slowly but steadily climbing though its gained a foot in the last couple of days.

Too bad they cant sell water from rayburn and toledo. They have been using flood gates for weeks. Enough water has left rayburn and toledo to fill the low lakes in west tx i bet

We have had an absolute frog strangler for the last hour or so in Tyler. It's crazy...it doesn't just rain here any more, it rains 2-4 inches.

Hubbard will be okay. Lavon should be full soon and when it goes over, they will let water out and down the river and that will boost Hubbard up where it needs to be as well. I hope Tawakoni gets full. My favorite lake to fish at full pool.

TWOK is the one that has been lagging around here the most but most of the rain has been falling in that area in the Sulphur River Basin and not the Sabine River Basin The majority of both of those basins are centered around Hunt County. Sulphur in the north, and Sabine in the central and southern reaches. The lions share of the rain has been falling in the northern part of Hunt.
I figure by day break Lavon and Cooper will be above normal pool stage. That should put Lavon over the spillway and accelerate the filling of Ray Hub. If they are pumping Cooper at that point they usually turn off the pumps......
TWOK will have to be going over the spillway which is pool stage (I believe) before they quit pumping Fork. These are just gut feelings based on what I've seen them do previously in the Cooper/Lavon relationship.

they don't want tawakoni to fill up while they're fixing the bridge. They can't adjust their cranes low enough if its full pool

Which bridge are they repairing?
If Fork reaches the 405 mark I can tell you this from own personal experience. The bridge between Axton's and Rainswood can be kind of tricky to get under if the wind is blowing hard. I had to time the waves to keep from cramming the bow of my boat into the bottom of it.......
