I'd go somewhere that has come up a lot over the past three months, but didn't get rained on yesterday or today. That way, I could fish newly submerged vegetation without the muddy water from today's rain. Just south of the metroplex didn't get nearly as much rain today/yesterday.

Athens, Aquilla, Navarro Mills, Richland Chambers
