i heard water was going over the top of the dam and they told me and my wife it was not safe

He basically said that it's because of the amount of people that are going down there...seems like they are trying to avoid a problem before one actually happens... The dam itself is not the issue..I was also told by a fellow fisherman that there was a fight down there Sunday and the cops had to be called...I'm thinking that has something to do with it...could just be another example of one bad apple ruining the whole batch
