I know this has been covered a lot and most of you favor Lake Fork or Fish Scale Taxidermy.Have any of you used Ron Kelly? I'm not looking to spend a lot, but I don't want a bad mount. Price wise, I think Ron will be my cheapest route. I would like to see some pics of your mount if you used him. Thanks

I would recommend shopping by the quality you are looking for and not by price or convenience. Most people mount only one or 2 in a lifetime. You get what you pay for in most cases.
Ron is good but I doubt he is cheap.
Cheap, fast or good, pick one.

I would not hesitate to use Ron. He's one of the best painters in the business. Real nice guy, too.

Hey man you can look far and wide and you will not find a better taxidermist than fin and bones taxidermy. His work is simply unbelievable, I just brought home my striper he did yesterday.
