I only have one 10+ under my belt and a handful of 9's, but they were all 23-26 inches with the weight more evenly distributed. From the picture, I agree that this one looks 21 inches long, give or take an inch. Crazy short and fat. It all depends on the picture angle, size of the person holding the fish, where the hands are, etc. I have some pictures of some 7's that I've caught that if I hadn't weighed them all, I'd swear they were bigger than my 9's and 10.
