The only thing bass fishermen lie more about than their fishes weight is how fast their boat will run!!! LMBO

Straighten out your arms and get closer to the Camera or buy you some fish fingers. It should weigh
at least 10.

Believe that's from Panic Lake, a small state fish and game run lake stocked only with Florida females. Anyone can fish and can keep one over 24 inches. If I'm right about the lake that fish is less than 5 years old.

That's a football.
22 in? 21in?
A short fat fish(and that is most surely short and fat!) looks bigger and looks better in pictures.
A long fish without much depth that weighs the same doesn't look as good in pictures.
Having said that, just weigh em and then that's what it is- tough concept I guess.
I love the look on that second guys face- he is pretty excited- lol!

Agreed. I know my scale isn't certified, but it's close enough for me to feel comfortable that it's not off by 3-4 pounds and I caught one last week that weighed five and it didn't look anywhere close to that big. That's a beautiful fish, but it looks bigger than five!

Chet, tell us more about "panic lake". Guessing that fish is 20-21 inches. I've personally seen fish 10+ that were 6-7 years old, but never one less than that. fishbreeder on here is one of the best southern regions fisheries biologists I know. He even has his own girls only pond with fish to 15+. Hopefully fb will reply on this thread. He may know all about that lake and strain of Florida LMB.

Duck hunter, Fish Killer makes fish look big because he's 5' 9" and kinda rangey for his height.

So if someone else shows one that he says is 10 he's lying?
There is no way so done can look at picture and know what a fish weighs. So why call them a liar?
