You're pretty much paying $75 for a brand new pair of costa's, they're customer service is usually pretty fast.

fill out the repair form send them in and let them fit your glasses back to new condition. it will cost you $50-$120 depending on your style of glasses and org cost but fast turn around time and great customer service. I have sent in three pairs over the past 10 years and never an issue.
