 How is the catfish bite on Lake Tyler?

I am chompin' at the bits ready to catch me some good ol' channel cats!!! Has anyone fished Lake Tyler yet? Wondering if they have started spawning or if they are staging? I can't wait much more! Help!!!

I've never caught a cat on Tyler I just go there for crappie. Palestine is my favorite besides tawakoni for channel cats.
Just a teen that loves catching catfish🎣

They will not spawn until after May into June.

I think you would do much better on Palestine than Tyler for cats. Never caught a cat on Tyler and have tried many times. Plus Palestine has a 50 fish limit with no minimum size
