The SWRI Bassbusters will be holding a membership drive this Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm at Academy located at 1604 and Gold Canyon. If you live in or around the San Antonio area and are looking or thinking about joining a bass club please come by and visit with us. You can visit our website at (swribassbusters) as well. We are not out for blood, just a good time on the water. Yearly due's are $30 and $30 per tournament. You may fish three tournaments a year as a guest without joining but we would like to have you full time. Visit the website for schedules, rules, and more. Tight lines my friends.

I've only been bass fishing about 5 years. I enjoy it but rarely have more than a 2 fish day. At that success level I doubt I am competitive enough for tournaments but I would like to learn more. I'm thinking a local bass club would be helpful and fun. I'm looking for a suggestion in the Houston area. Most of my fishing is on Fayette and Bastrop.
