Even though it's a simple combo, it just works! Have one guy that every year he gets a bunch of 1/16 Ball head jig I tie in Copenhagen Blue Rayon chenille and hackle tail this same Silver/Blue/White combo! This one just happens to be a Roadrunner.

Thanks guys! I use to think that this one was more for clear water, but some guys seem to do well with it in lakes that are not so clear. Just know I have caught a lot of crappie on this color and most get it in a 1/16 ball head hackle tail jig. I am pretty sure anyone that never uses this one is mo-issing out on some crappie!

Always been a good producer for me. Blue and White, Blue and Silver especially when water temps are cooler, Maybe the minnows fade out when its cold.
Wishing All Y'all Tight Lines and Bent Wriggling Rods!

Yes love the Silver/Silver/Blue and Silver/Chart/Blue, but for me the Blue and White and the Silver/Silver/Blue is for when this lake clears so I can see my jig at least 3' down. So for me it's clarity of water combines to sun out or not.

Good work as always, the last few days it has been blue/chart/ with new penny head. My first time with it but looks as if it will do.

Magged Out if you want some nice regular Rayon Chenille in Blue, just make sure it's the Copenhagen Blue and most all of the shops have it. Some however seem to want no one to know what color it really is and give it a different name than Danville uses. I didn't see a picture of yours and seems others can see it, but have no clue why I can't.

Don't tell anybody, but I've slipped a blue/white Slab Bandit in the water on Palestine last week of Sept, 2012 and caught 7 that went 14.38. Great color combo for lots of lakes.

Thanks Skip. Really like that Copenhagen Blue I have used that color Blue about as long as I have been tying. Use to be all I used for chenille u til I got off in the Mylar stuff big. If you do a lot of tying on 1/32 or smaller the #2 is what you need, but if 1/16 and larger #3 is great! Skip
