Im pretty much new to kayak fishing. I was wondering when is the best times to go, and yet when is the best times to stay in??

If you are new to kayak fishing, mabey join a group of dudes going out in your location. At least till you can gauge the wind and waves etc. I go anytime there is no lightning. High wind can be a pain.
