Anyone have any reports for Cedar Creek? I'm heading up there for the first time this year this upcoming weekend and am looking for any little bit of help. Thanks!

Fishing is tough, water is stained and they're letting water out. Good Luck!

The water is dirty . Most fish are in post spawn and they are letting water out.

Why/how does letting water out affect the fish?

When the gates are open it creates an underwater current and makes the fish suspend in the water column..fish that arent used to current dont like it a whole lot ..they can still be caught just makes it a lil tougher..this mixed with stained water and post spawn makes it a challenge.

Had the best day of my life on Cedar Creek Saturday. The fishing has been the best I've seen in the 3 years I've lived there. Didn't do well Sunday, post front. Still a lot of unspawned females where I live.
