I just watched an FLW video of Hallman's catches on Grand Lake.....it showed him fishing boat slips.....he was inside the slips and casting toward the shoreline....after he caught the fish, his co-angler laid on the boat dock so he could extend out and net the fish......I assumed, you couldn't touch the docks.....is this something new????

One foot has to stay in the boat.

Its no different then standing on the dock with one foot and the other in the boat keeping the boat off the dock fishing.

One foot in the boat at all times. I remember seeing David Dudley go in after a fish. One hand on the deck was ok.
