I have a boat house at Grapevine. Before water dried up I could catch Crappie any month of the year any day even with water low as 5 feet under boat house. Normal water level is about 14-15 feet. We have been unable to fish the boat house since July of 2013 because of the low water.

A couple weeks ago I put half my structure back down. 2 weeks ago we had about 5 feet under us and now over 7. I have made 2 trips now and can't get a single bite! I was spoiled before I guess being able to catch Crappie there anytime. Simply the muddy water or more the flooded brush has killed my Crappie bite?

Sounds like you need to go pig hunting with JJ and let it soak for a little while longer.

In case you were going to ask, sure, I would like a paid trip up there with you.

Sorry, that's all I got but I hope they come in soon for you.
