Can I hook up 2 LSS-2 Transducers to the Structure Scan box with a SS Y cable and read structure independently to 2 different Gen 2 HDS 10's Ethernet connected. One on TM and other on JP or do I have to manually connect/disconnect?

I dont believe so. The Lowrance y cable splits up the different crystals in the transducers. One transducer will only read the right sidescan, the other will read down, left and temp. The splitter is designed to run two transducers when one transducer will not get a clean line of sight to the right and left.
