 1993 Mariner 115 hp trim motor HELP

So here I am at Lake Fork for my once a year trip and my motor won't trim up. I refiled it with transmission fluid and bled off the air. it now will stay up, but after I put it down, it won't go up by itself. Can anyone help, or recommend a repair shop at lake fork? I only have five more days! I have a 1993 Mariner 115 hp.

Service marine , J & J marine or Sartins marine. All around the lake. Call them all and see if anyone can get to it. They all have a pretty good reputation. Nearly forgot, Diamond Sports too.
