We will be having our 14th annual charity tournament at Ray Roberts May 16 out of Isle Du Bois state park. 1st place is 1500, 2nd is 750 and 3rd is 500 guaranteed. We will pay more places based on entries. We will also have 100$ hourly big bass payouts. We are serving lunch at weigh in also. Start time is 6am and weigh in will be at 3pm. Proceeds will benefit Wise Choice teen pregnancy resource center .

We are expecting a great turnout. It's our first year to hold it at Ray Roberts. In the past it was always at Bridgeport. This is a very worthy charity. We hope to see all who can make it! Thanks to all who have supported in the past!

For those of you who might want to pick up a flyer in the Ft. Worth metroplex, I have put them out at a few places. Academy on Cherry Ln, Holliday Ln in N R Hills, and N Tarrant also put some at Fun n Sun, Anglers Pro Tackle, Boris Marine, Olsons Pro Am, and Cabelas. The Rules and Regulations will be on the back. Just to let everyone know, you can register at the tournament headquarters the morning of the tournament. You don't have to register early if you don't want to.

As of right now,the tournament is still on. Praying that the powers that be won't shut the lake down. Its catching a lot of water. I will keep everyone informed throughout the week next week.

It looks like the lake is closed now due to high water and debris. We will have a club meeting Monday to determine whether it cancel or postpone this tournament. I will keep you all informed on what we decide.

Tournament is being rescheduled to June 20th for obvious high water and ramp closures. Hope everyone will understand.
