Fork has a 403 above sea level pool stage she's at 400.9 and climbing this morning. More rain expected this evening/tonight. Cooper Lake is also under 2 feet low and climbing this morning with a 440 pool and is at 438.23 and rising. TWOK with a 437 pool and is at 431.58 and climbing.........

Yep this used to be one of my favorite techniques. Throwing spinnerbaits back in the newly flooded vegetation. This situation arises almost every spring on the lakes in Louisiana. You can literally catch fish out of the back yards of the homes and camps that surround these waters.

Throw a fluke or swimbait on the bank and then twitch it into the water without making a commotion. Then twitch it fast or wake the swimbait. They will crush it. Fish are real skittish that shallow and throwing on the bank works really good.
