You could spend weeks doing nothing but watching you tube videos on crappie fishing, and my best advice is to do that and more. There's no one single video that's going to teach you all you need to know. Go take a guide trip too. Nothing can substitute for seeing things first hand and having an instructor to discuss it with .

Another way is to fish with a bunch of different successful crappie fisherman. You will then pull a little info from each person.
