Had Nick Estanett family and a neighbors family and boy did I have a boat load. Had seven people but what a fun trip. The fish were really scattered out and boy did I have to work to find fish. Never did find them stacked up. The crew stayed with me and we kept grinding to get a box of fish. Ended up with 124 on the clicker. All fish caught on ole ugly slabs and flies, All fish caught in 20 to 22 ft of water. Picture below is of my crew. Johnny

We had a great time. Johnny was great with the kids. He worked hard to get us on some fish. What more could we ask for!

It looked like you had room for two more in that rig today. It sure looked like a lot of smiles and I think I heard a little smack talk from those youngins.

Is it the low water or the cold winters? At least Eagle Mountain has a good sand bass population. Grapevine and Lewisville have definitely taken a hit.

I have not seen them spawning at the shoreline? Have you seen any?
