When up the river trolling minnows and shad rap the other day and caught 24 white all good sizes.
The funny thing was the females were still full of eggs. I had thought it was over but it looks
like it just started....

Thats strange. We were hammering them in Feb-Jan.. mostly striper and real small whites. Are the females in there now, and what was the average length of the whites. I thought the run was over myself. If the females are moving in then the average size should be much bigger. hmmm The fish in my picture was cauaght Jan 20th further up river close to the mouth.
