Has anyone ever fished Pecan Creek north of US380? I know Pecan Creek and Little Elm Creek merge north of Lake Lewisville and flow into it. I'm looking for good river spots to put my kayak in and find some bass, didn't know if anyone had heard anything.

Not really enough water for a good kayak spot but the Trinity offers an abundance of really good quality bass. They can really be found down the entire stretch of river and ample room for any kayak.

Let me make a correction to this if you like white water there might be some class III and IV Rapids at the moment that could be fun

There may be a stray fish here and there. But this is what the Trinity and other larger bodies of water offered to kayaks down its entirety year round

What section of the Trinity River are y'all talking about? I live north of US380, and have fished the section between Ray Roberts and 380 quite a bit in my experience, there's not a whole lot going on up in that section other than when the white bass are running. I've had success down near Fort Worth, but is there a good section closer to the Denton area?

Fort Worth to dallas your best bet that stretch below ray bob is just the elm fork not a lot of water below the lake
