Pigment mutation, is what the gamewarden called it, and somewhat rare, most don't make it to being adults.
Chris Watson and I caught this one on Richland Chambers several years ago and it live for a long time in an aquarium at Oak Cove. Chris told me it died earlier this year. I've seen about 5.

I knew a lady that had some of them in her stock pond right there down the street from Yates Corner several years ago. Those fish would now be long dead however.
