Well i took off Monday April 6th to go fishing with my fly rod and i got lucky that day. It rained real good sunday the 5th and it pushed thousands of sand bass up to spawn . The first ten minutes fishing i got 15 so i knew it was going to be a good day. There were fish everywhere on the creek. I fished a good mile of it and caught fish everywhere i stopped. At the end of the day i caught 158 yes that was 158 sand bass and missed about 50 or more. This is the best day i have ever had at the creek and what made it realy special is i got em all on the FLY ROD Looks like the run is over there now because i went yesterday and only got 8 and today and only got 6. But i was happy that i was able to get out there and not have to work for a change --LOL--
