Boats_._net has them all not sure of a kit for them. I bought and replaced every seal including the pump and couple bolts and filters and spent more or less $170... I know I could have hunted down a cheaper none Yamaha ones... But I didn't...

You'll need a face spanner wrench or other spanner type wrench to do it otherwise it's a chisel and hammer went sucks in my opinion

Not sure why you want to rebuild the whole thing? I would just replace the tilt and trim ram seals, wipers and cap "O"rings but if you fill the need: http://www.boats.net/parts/search/Yamaha/Outboard/2006%20and%20Later/VZ225TLR/POWER%20TRIM%20%26%20TILT%20ASSY%201/parts.html

For me, I did them all since I had a leak at the pump motor and between the pump and the rams (years of saltwater use...) But your're right mostly just the rams are an issue. It would be nice if someone had a kit though for all the ram seals.
