Hit one of my favorite Bass/Sunfish ponds over in the Las Colinas Area, and even though the water was off color(light rain and runoff), in this normally clear water pond, I found a good mess of green hybrids, and a couple of small bass. Fished for just a little over an hour, and probably landed 20 or so. Only two were of the size I am used to catching here in the spring and summer, fat green hybrid, in the 8-9 inch range. Beautiful spawn colors. Here is on of the two "biggies" that I caught:

It is pretty much time to hit em hard, an as soon as water clears up i should be able to fill a bucket with those filleting sized greenies!

Nice fish Rudy! cheers I have noticed Sunfish on nest in the creeks here in the San Antonio area! Been catching em in water 2 to 6 feet deep! Getting some good ones. Looks like a good year ahead. thumb
