Matt Scotch (BPS Kayak Pro Staffer) and I will be doing a few clinics this weekend at the store (Bass Pro Shops Grapevine) if anyone is interested in stopping by.
Saturday April 11
From 1:00pm to 4:00pm we will be doing a series of demos at the indoor tank.
At 5:00pm I will be doing a "kayak angling basics" clinic in our pond outside.
At 6:00pm Matt will be covering "advanced kayak angling techniques."
Hopefully the weather will cooperate. If not, we will just stay inside.
This will be a really great opportunity for the beginner to cut down the learning curve. Matt and I will be entirely available to anyone and prepared to answer any questions/offer our best advice regarding angling and kayak angling.
Hope everyone is doing well and catching some fish.
ive wondered, is it just the acoustics inside the store? has anyone mentioned adding speakers around the tank? its frustating when u cant hear what the pro is saying over the crowd & water fall. ive been there a few times when its really crowded & couldnt make out but a few words every few sentences.
this is kinda what im talking about. the poster even apologizes for the poor sound.

It's the acoustics in the store that muffles the sound around the tank, especially if the waterfall is going. We do have a PA system that we use so the sound is better than normal. Come check it out this weekend and let us know what you think.
