Seriously looking into either starting from scratch or buying an existing lure company. I'm looking for people with experience that would be willing to share some experience with me. This won't be a hobby, I'm looking to do the real thing. I would appreciate any help provided.

Good luck to you. Plastics? Jigs? Cranks? All of the above?

Chris, like they say, if it was easy everyone would do it! Thanks for the vote of confidence!

Small business is in my blood. It's brutal but I guess I'm a gluton for punishment.

Duck_Hunter, all of the above.

Who knows, if you sell a few thousand lures you may even make a hundred bucks.

You could ask Gregg Kizewski @ http://superkjigs.com/contactus.sc

He's put a lot of time, sweat equity, heart, and soul into his own business, Super K jigs.. and he makes a quality product. Plus, he simultaneously runs a tournament trail http://www.umbcs.com/ - talk about creating your own market!

If you want to buy a lure company I would recommend either Strike King or Pradco.

If I had that kind of money I would take a different path.
