Went to Ray Rob today. I parked right off the road on 3004 (lone oak). I walked down and fished some awesome looking area filled with timber. I tossed everything at em (spinner baits, jig n pig, rattle trap, suspended jerkbait) and didn't catch a single largemouth. I did catch one white bass, but hell this area looked so prime I thought I was going to hammer them. What am I doing wrong? !?

every joker in three counties has fished that spot. I first hit it in 1988 or so when the lake was filling up.
Still fish there, but just take a look at all the trash on the ground, and you'll see what kind of pressure it gets.
