They should be under the lights. We usually did our best until water temps hit about 67-68 degrees. Haven't been in so long with the lake being perpetually low, might have to venture out that way soon. One of my favorite methods of fishing!

If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much space!

I caught a 15 in hybrid with my cast net under a dock light on Saturday night. Was trying to catch some shad for catfishing. The water being up has changed all the patterns that I was accustomed to. I've only been fishing out there for two years and the water has been low the whole time. The dock light I cast under was only about 3 feet deep a few months ago, now it's about 7 so there are all kinds of things in that area now.

Night fishing the lights at Cedar Creek is a lot of fun!! Head out around 10 pm fish till 2 am or so .... All summer long woot However it's been awhile since I've been with the low water conditions.... Will go a few times this year for sure ... Weekdays are better cause it's safer thumb Be safe cruising at nite ..not all boaters use there lights while there anchored or just floatN mad mad

Yes, I generally never even run the big motor, I just troll dock to dock, and don't get much further away from shore then the docks. It you hit it right it is possible to catch over 100 fish per man, we generally throw most fish back, its more about listening to the radio and talking smack about who the better fisherman is....

I usually fish there during the day time. Had never fish at night at that lake but wonder what dock light you are referring to?
I went out there with a friend few days after the lake got over the top, got no bite. Want to go back out there in the next two week with my kayak, any info will help.
