AlumiGlo lights are super bright and come in 3 sizes 12", 24" and 48". I bought a 24" model. They are practically indestructible so you can toss them in the kayak and go. As KQT said, they will run for over 3 hours on a converted Pelican box battery system (from Mariner Sails).

On the Alumi Glow here is the draw:

Amperage Draw per hour by Model
SuperBrite 1200.......1.2 amps
SuperBrite 2400.......2.5 amps
SuperBrite 4800.......5.0 amps

Take the Amp draw and divide it by the the amp hours on the battery. Typical deer feeder battery would be about 3 hours on the 2400.
