Update as of 6pm tonight:
WC had a Coronary angiography test today. He has mild blockage in the arteries, however the problem is that the heart muscle is only functioning at 20%, so the blood that is pumping into the heart is not being pumped back out.
He is scheduled for a series of more test tomorrow, so that the doctors can determine a plan of action to treat the condition. The most extreme course of action would be open heart surgery, with the best being treatment with medication to help heal the muscle of the heart. I will keep everyone updated as I know more information.

Update just now from WC's wife.
He has had one series of pictures for the heart viability. He will go for a second set in about an hour. Then final set in the morning. At that point the surgeon will give us our options.

Do not really have an update at this time, other than we will know more about a course of action sometime tomorrow afternoon.
He was injected with dye in the heart this morning, X-Ray's taken this morning and afternoon and the last set will be taken in the morning and then the Dr's with decide the best way to treat.

This is the latest update on WCLBASS from his wife.
Quick status update on W.C. surgeon has determined it is too risky to do open heart surgery (bypass of blocked arteries). He has recommended that the Cardiologist go back with a heart cath and put in stints. They will put him on a life vest (portable heart monitor and defrib) & cardiac rehab(exercise & diet). In three months if all goes well he will go back to the hospital for an implant that will replace the life vest. Drastic lifestyle changes ahead, but God has given us a second chance. We are so grateful for all the prayers, calls, visits, posts and outpouring of love.
