I put a 997 on my PA in 2009 and got a lot of flack about putting one on a yak. It made me look like a lot better fisherman than I really am :-)

I would feel naked without one now.

I will be adding the 360 transducer soon to my new yak. Sit still, and look around like radar.

That's how it was for me when I fished with Roger. On the way in I told him he probably just cost me a lot of money, cause I need that side scan now! Roger I haven't seen you since Christmas, but I have the 899 now, but I need to really learn from you how to fully utilize it too.
