I'm looking for some different stuff normally order from dinger custom baits and predator bass. I have been very happy with the baits, but just looking for some other stuff. Might have to go to alibaba and order some crazy stuff in bulk.

Just made an order a few minutes ago. He has some unique blanks. Got some of the Vixen blanks and some of the 1.0 sized squarebills.

Here's one to check out: Cedar Run Outdoors

I bought a few dozen just last week...ships fast....blanks seem to be good quality. Haven't put paint on any of the blanks yet. Hope this helps.

If these blanks are good I might be making a order big enough to clear him out of most of the inventory those blanks are cheaper than anything I have found to be worth painting.

I'm just wondering about the quality of the baits as cheap as they are it kinda worries me, but I guess if I ordered 30 bucks worth to try I wouldn't be out too much money. And would have some baits to practice on.

Yes I bought 10. Looking at one now. The hook and line tie rings seem to be tight and straight. The plastic appears to be the same as any other...not milky or brittle. The textured details are good and crisp no light areas and the head/gill plates detail is good too. OOPS!!!! just found a problem....the plastic seam at the tip of the bill isn't glued OMG on any of them. You can wiggle each side just a little. I'm going to recommend you don't buy that item just yet. Maybe a little superglue will fix this. I'll follow up on it later. Thanks for asking Brad...made me take a hard look at that model. Hope this helps thumb

looks like you get what you pay for. although some other blanks i've gotten from various places have leaked too. i bet after a little superglue and a coat of devcon they'll be sealed up tight.

Let me know how the repair goes I like the look of that bait, I'm not real sure what that is a ko of, but I like the idea they have.

It just the end of the bill that isn't glued...don't think it will leak. And you're right...if its cleared with Devcon that won't be a problem...good catch BC. In line with the subject of buying blanks to resell.....I've only been airbrushing lures for a while and during that short time this is how I approach buying, painting and occassionally selling lures. I don't sell a lot of lures and I sure don't sell lure blanks I don't fish with. If I like a particular style I buy a few and throw a pattern on it that I think will catch bass. If a lure model doesn't perform as advertised I don't buy it again. If it does fish well I experiment with lure patterns that fit the body shape of the lure (maybe its just me but I don't think bream patterns look all that great on minnow shaped lures and minnow patterns don't look all that great on bream shaped lures..just my preference). Anyway, after several trips to the lake, if a pattern doesn't catch bass consistently it gets tweaked a few times, and if it still doesn't get bit, that paint schedule gets deleted. If it catches bass I don't hesitate to throw that pattern on a lure. I tweak it a bit from time to time to try and improve on it (or just to entertain myself). After a while you end up with some good paint schedules and lures that perform well enough to sell....if thats what you want to do. If your gonna ask for somone's money at least make sure that you would buy and fish the lure you're selling. Just my 2cents
