HEB and a lot of the other food stores used to carry Uncle Bucks but they stopped.  I heard that Uncle Bucks is exclusively sold at Bass Pro Shops or you can order it on line.  I have used the Louisiana fish fries for awhile and love em.  You can also put in a little Tony Saturies seasoning to spice your fry up. Love that fried Crappie!
