...here is what I would do. Use your smartphone and take some videos. Make sure Ya ham it up and tell them what a good job they are doing being some real fishermanz!! Talk them into holding up the fish at the back of their vehicle and make sure the license plate shows. Send the pics to the Game Wardens and let them do their work. There are a couple of people in the Office that look for stuff like this and they will get busted pronto. Remember that asswagon that had the tailgait full of bull reds last year?? +1 If they'll hold still for video & photos, I'd do it too.

We can call officials, take pictures and videos but these kinda people are going to stay. If we keep the as minority then everything should be fine. Sometimes I go near for a chat, direct the talk so that they eventually show the catches and then enjoying their embarrassed faces. Many of them hopefully will stick to the size measurements next time.
