Not quite the day we had planned but any day you're fishing for PTSD Recovery and not at home letting your illness get the best of you is a small win for the Hookset Brothers. 4.96lbs on Lake Tyler today for JC Outdoors experienced quite the up and down weather pattern from high gust - hard down pours - sun shine just couldn't fire up the fish we found. But managed 2 keepers for our weight plus tons of short fish on a day when only 13lbs won. So it was a struggle for all but we did fall behind to 2 old guys in a side bet for the season but we're determined to fight them till the end.

It was nice meeting you all yesterday. Look forward to the continued fellowship with everyone. Wind and a broken steering cable on my trolling motor was interesting, but we still had fun and made the most of gods glorious habitat. I will miss seeing everyone in March. I will be on my way to Fishers of Men Nationals in Florida. I will be back in April Though. Keep up the tough fight HS Brothers and God bless.

I'm pulling for the HS Brothers! But the Ol' Guys will be tough!

Can my partner sign up a substitute partner the morning of March 21st on Tyler or do I need to do it earlier than the morning of? I read 1 substitue can be used and still retain points. Just want to make sure nothing needs to be approved ahead of time. I am leaving for FOM nationals in Florida that morning so I will be missing that tounament.
