Looking to pick up one of these next week sometime. Hope someone posts some rigging they've done. YouTube does have a few but most are the 2012 models.

I've made my seat adjustable to be a high/low style seat. Its not adjustable on the water but adjusts easy on land. I'll try and snap some pictures of it tomorrow. Also have added lights and switches for easy on/off during night fishing.

I just picked one up earlier this week and have been rigging all week. I have added a crate, anchor trolley, and have a few more add-ons to go. I will try to get some pictures up this afternoon and let you know how its going. Also add a section of pool noodle to the back of the chair and it will help take some stress off the seat brackets and keeps the seat from sliding.

I picked one up this week as well. I've had it out on the water once and it was awesome. No complaints at all. I did have a pool noodle on the back seat rest so that probably helped. I actually stood up for a little bit and it felt stable, hard part was sitting back down. I'm looking to add a yak attack anchor trolley, a stand up assist rope, and the big one a fish finder. I actually have bought all the parts for everything just can't decide which way to go with transducer mount. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated. I look forward to seeing the pics of what you've done so far.

Here's my bigger mods that I have done to it, raised the seat and added a trolling motor. Its also got a Lowrance Mark 5 FF anchor trolley and LED lights on the front with an adjustable 360 light on the back. It's also for sale!

How is the rear mounted transducer working out? Do you wish it was further up?

It works pretty good. The main issue I have is going over structure. The transducer can get knocked up and I have to push it back into the water. It's not an issue when I'm out with someone but by myself it can be a pain. If I had to do it over I would probably go with a side mount with a ram arm. I may still switch to that eventually but it hasn't been such an issue that I feel like I need to change it.

Awesome thanks for the information. I am looking into a YakAttack cellblock for a FF once I get to that point. I like the idea of being able to remove the entire system and bring it inside the apartment, or just not take it if I don't want to.

For those of yall that have one... Have yall done any fixes for leaks? If so how did you fix it?

Is it possible to do something your whole life and still be an ameteur?

Just got mine a few days again and before I even hit the water I sealed the seams in the scupper holes with silicone. Idk if it needed it but haven't had any leaks yet. I also resealed the round drybox. Took it off and put silicone on the foam ring, then screwed it back on. I didn't mess with the big box considering its much higher that the scuppers.

Added a high seat to my kayak and thought I'd share in case anyone is considering doing the same. The chair I went with is a turkey chair but a higher than the norm turkey chair. The width of this chair fit pretty much perfectly in the kayak seating area. I was a little nervous that it was going to be too high but after being on the water for 30 minutes or so I got really comfortable with it. The height has a lot of advantages. It allows me to stand and more importantly sit back down really easily. It also allows for tons more storage underneath the seat. Finally, being up a little higher was definatley more comfortable after hours of fishing. The only down side I noticed was being up at that height did create more wind drag, imo it's a good trade off. Let me know if anyone has any questions.
