Heads up that we have scheduled the Christian Top 6 Bass Tourney this year on Saturday May 2nd 2015.

Fielder Road Baptist Bass Club came in first in 2014 at Lake Palestine, and we now have the blessing on hosting this tourney in 2015.

Right now we are looking to hold this tournament on Lake Arlington, waiting to see what the water levels will be, will communicate the final lake decision about 6 weeks prior to the tourney.

The Christian Top 6 tourney is open to all Christian Bass clubs in Texas. Each club sends 6 anglers, for this one day tourney, and we compete for bragging rights who is the top Christian club in Texas.

Please feel free to contact me on any questions on this tourney.

you realize there is a bass champs + a weekend series tourney that day.
it could deplete some clubs participation.

I don't think the whole club will be fishing bass champs and their are tournaments every weekend in the spring. In the spring it's hard not to schedule a tournament on top of another one.

There is a entrance fee to the lake, will each member be required to pay this?

Thanks for Fielder Road's hard work hosting the tournament, its known we all fish for second place, some how we(ICA) goofed up and won. My partner told me to release my over, but I thought it had a chance at the big bass award.

Seriously, for a slot lake the results at Joe Pool were pretty good. The mix of keepers and slots was a good idea.

As usual the hosting clubs end of day meal was outstanding. The bar was raised with the grilled venison sausage and bell peppers.

We missed seeing some of the regular clubs, hopefully they can make it next year.

Thank you Fielder Road for hosting a great tournament. Congrats to the winners(Irving). My partner kept telling me we needed to catch a four-pounder around two o'clock, had that happened we would be hosting next year. Thanks again for all the great food, and those who prepared it. We look forwarded to the next top-six.

Blessing to all!
