Have both Curado and Chronarch E series reels and really like their performance. They are regularly oiled but none have been fully disassembled and cleaned as they really haven't needed it.

Have heard mixed messages that they are the same reel, different colors to comments that the Chronarch used better internal components (maybe drag or bearings?).

Question is directed to those who professionally clean and repair. All the exact same internals or some differences? If any differences, what are they?

Yes. They should be one of, if not the, most knowledgeable places in DFW when it comes to Shimano products and their components. I've also had a fantastic experience with the quality of their work and customer service.
