Anybody out there been on the Sabin River ? Not wanting or looking for any fishing information just want any info on navigating the thing ANY information is greatly appreciated.

You might be able to get some info in the Whites/Striper section. Those guys fish the Sabine a lot.

I live 5 minutes from the ramp and fish it weekly.....about to be daily....just retired. What specific kind of info you need?

Just am not wanting to run into anything Ive never been on this river.
Ol Man River I sure would like to talk to you. I don't want any info on the fishing just am coming down for three days next week with a friend who's pre-fishing for B.A.S.S.

Be sure to stay in the middle of channels and you'll be fine. The area that can be dangerous is around Conway Bayou south of City ramp on Louisiana side. That area is a "ship graveyard" (sunken old ships in area)and a hazard if not familiar.
