Bought me a little stockpile of bait the other day and found out some good info.
Sea Pony bait shop 2104 Hwy 124 Winnie (409)296-3622
Is open 7 days a week and open on all holidays. They have really spruced things up and have live, fresh and frozen bait. Also has artificial baits and new tackle on hand.

Seemed like a nice enough place to me. Hopefully I can visit them again the first week in Feb (weather permitting).

I agree Preach The Sea Pony is a good source for both bait & tackle. Folks there r friendly and helpful. Last visit they had a nice selection of saltwater reels. They also had a few rods and combos too Last time we were there I picked up a Avet reel. What have they done lately to improve the place?

He is constantly doing little remodel things and is improving his lure stock. The 7 day week and holidays blew me away.
